Caddo Creek Estates is a Texas Property Owners Association (POA) legally filed in Henderson County, Texas. The governance of the POA is determined by the by-laws of the association and administered by an elected board of directors. The board holds periodic meetings, as well as an annual meeting for all property owners so that all property owners are aware of the decisions being made for the community. Significant decisions require 2/3 vote of all property owners.
There are also strict design rules and guidelines for new homes that must be adhered to by all property owners to retain the quality and aesthetic intent of the development. An architectural review committee has the responsibility of ensuring compliance.
